Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I actually loved everything, the room was big and even had a little closed space (not common) really clean, they had driers that actually work!!! The staff was so so great, nice and very helpful, even helped us book luggage delivery and kept our luggage safe for 3 days.
Walking distance from the metro (otemachi station)
And from Tokyo station as well for the jr
Great neighborhood.

Everything about the hotel itself (accessibility, facilities, distance from train stations and attraction spots...etc).
The road from JR Kanda station to the hotel was rather bumpy (not the hotel's fault, just a location problem), so people with large luggage may need to take this into consideration despite it being just a few minutes away from the JR station.

Very small room, pics look bigger. The bed was reasonably comfortable and thankfully the pillows were not full of beans like most other hotels.
The staff were not very friendly, the room had a bit of a funky/unclean smell, the shower is tiny so is the whole bathroom, so tiny you can barely fit one person in there and if you do shower water goes everywhere.
