The property has engineered oak flooring running through the living space with carpeted bedrooms and hallway.  The apartment is efficiently heated by way of underfloor heating throughout.From the parking space to the front, a level approach leads into the secure communal foyer.  On entering the apartment the two bedrooms, living space and bathrooms are all accessed from the central hallway.  To the immediate right as you enter the apartment is the very spacious master bedroom with king size bed, wall mounted television with integral DVD and low level shower ensuite. Further along on the right of the hallway is the modern open plan living, dining and kitchen space with views out towards the Carnsew Nature Reserve Pool. A door leads out onto the enclosed patio/ terrace.To the rear of the apartment is the twin bedroom (which can be made up as a super king bedroom if required, please advise at time of booking) and again has views towards Carnsew Pool.  Next to the twin bedroom is the attractive family bathroom WC with bath, overhead electric power shower and basin.The apartment benefits from a designated parking space directly in front of the property as well as an enclosed patio terrace to the rear with furniture.Don't forget...-This property welcomes two small or medium size dogs
