Pools, slides, great for kids. Kids entertainers were fabulous. Reception staff were also very helpful. Some of the service staff could have been more helpful especially to the non Spanish speaking people.
The food was just average for example the natural yogurt and orange juice were the cheapest variety. Texture and consistency were awful. Buffet style food. More suitable if you like quantity over quality. The hotel is locates just off the highway. Walked to the local shops but no proper paths which was hard with a stroller.

The staff team were very friendly helpful, just ready to serve. Mr David and the team at the reception were very kind, supportive they really made our stay enjoyable my family and I are very pleased with their service. Will definitely go back. The place is clean and is very family friendly, with a lot of activities available to keep the fun going.

Great pool perfect for the children, staff were friendly and an easy walk to the beach and the zip line park. Lots to do for guests of all ages. Entertainment staff were a good balance of funny without being overwhelming.
The food was terrible, it all had a funny taste to it. Breakfast was ok but I wouldn’t recommend the rest

The food was very nice. We had breakfasts & dinners at the hotel and there was a very good selection of food. Kids liked the slides, however the pool does need an update.
The room was in a poor condition. The bathroom door could not close. The beds were outdated and not comfortable. The entertainment was way too basic. Would not give this hotel 4 starts.
