The location, views and access to hiking trails are unparalleled- quiet, comfortable, clean and stunning to look out the windows. The staff at Hotwl Schwarzee (especially Patricia!) were friendly, accommodating and hard-working to give our family a wonderful experience.

The location is amazing!
The dinner was really good!
The only way to get to the hotel is by gondola.
I missed the last gondola my first night in town.
There should be a memo in the big bold letters on booking engine warning travelers about that.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Great on piste location.
Food was mid. Breakfast was lacking and sparse, if you did not get up at 7:30am. Dinner was a bowl of mushy macaroni and cheese, titled main. Served with cake… that was frozen. Most likely because it was not fresh and not thawed fully. Food 1 star. At $500 a night I would expect better.
