Location and amenities.
They let themselves down as follows:
1. Slow response on their WhatsApp communication tool (which in itself is good) re booking of transport shuttle from apartment to train station, so I had to call reception to confirm arrangements viz 9am pickup at our appointment and that I would be paying the driver cash more than the fee so the driver would Ned to have change. I got confirmation that all was arranged.
2. When the driver didn’t show up at at 9am I called reception and it appeared as if the they had to make arrangements there and then. When the driver showed up he didn’t have the change. Very disappointing.

The modern layout and location to public transport and supermarkets. Very quiet.

The spa in the hotel, the massage and the location.
The bathroom with mold, the reception staff, the elevator in the apartment building and the fact that there were no cleaning cloths despite having to clean the kitchen before leaving. Last but not least the apartment was pretty dark.
