Friendly staff and fab view of the Matterhorn from our balcony

Our room was generously sized with good seating options including a comfy chair, a couch and a desk chair. We also had 2 terraces since we had a corner room, one with a view of the matterhorn, and one that we sat on if it was too sunny. The room and hotel were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were very attentive. The hotel gives you free access to a very nice spa a few minutes walk which we used twice. Free shuttle to train with luggage was very convenient.
