Lots of charm. Elevator and tunnel to the bottom of the mountain.
We had to carry our suitcases to the 4th floor and then back down since the elevator didn’t go that high. Same breakfast every day. Some variety would have been nice. Needs a little updating.

Nice interiors ethnic looks and comfortable
view from room balcony full disturbed of Matterhorn as building construction in process full day was noisy with machines working.

That it had a great view of the Matterhorn and that it was fairly near to the train station also that they provided pickup and drop back to the train station
Cleanliness was an issue. If you ask the hotel to make up the room they would only fold the bed sheets that’s it
Breakfast was not that great
