Wonderful place, Hotel was a little aways from the 'center' of Zermatt, which is nice as there's fewer tourists walking around it's quieter and less busy. At the same time, as Zermatt's not so big, you're there in like 15 min walking, and they even offer a shuttle to bring to/from the train station on checkin/out.
The room was quite spacious, bed and bathroom both nice.
Breakfast was really good, great selection of breakfast buffet. They also have dinner for fairly cheap prices (for Swiss terms anyway) and nice quality.
Could see some mountains from the window, was neat too.

Excellent customer service. Rooms were excellent and location wise it was very central to everything. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and very tasty.
