Kristianne at the front desk was lovely. She helped us navigate the trains and gave us great tips for shopping.She also let us know we would receive 15% off dinner in the hotel restaurant , so we ate there two nights and the food and service was excellent. The room was spacious and we had a great balcony . It was across from a construction site, but we still had a view of the Matterhorn and relaxed on the balcony with breakfast. The WiFi was excellent, location close to the train station on a main shopping/ dining street, beds were comfortable and bathroom was larger than most of the European hotel baths. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices.
It would be good to have a fan or a/c because it was hot overnight, but the balcony door tipped in for some fresh air.

The location close to the train station.
The entrance and lobby has a foul odor. Not handicapped friendly. The front desk clerk is somewhat of smart ass, didn’t like that at all.
