Staff was extremely helpful. It was raining when we left our hotel and was given a ride to train station so we didn't have to walk in rain. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, scrambled eggs and bacon 🥓 were delicious. Room was spacious with a great view.

Staff were very helpful with all our requests. The location was very central. Hotel furnishings are a little worn. Breakfast buffet was generous.
No fan in the bathroom. Shower drsin was very slow, so standing in a few inches of water when showering.

A simple breakfast, but originally there weren't many options for European breakfast, the taste was pretty good, and coffee needed to be ordered separately. The room space is spacious, which is comfortable. Two 28 inch suitcases can be fully opened.
Although the hotel is only 800 meters away from Zermatt station in a straight line, luggage can hardly be dragged due to the snow on the ground, which is very difficult. There is also a distance from Sunnegga station, so skiing is not convenient. The hotel balcony offers a distant view of Mount Matterhorn. The staff were not very enthusiastic and asked about ski tickets, asking me to look at the manual placed at the front desk by myself.
