El hotel super limpio pero lo mejor que tiene es la amabilidad y cordialidad del personal . Se merecen un excelente.
No me gustó la última habitación que nos dieron se comunicaba por una puerta con otra habitación, eso nos quitó privacidad porque la verdad se escuchaba todo.

Nice room, overall grandeur of the hotel, beautiful pool (but closed for maintenance) and good location with plenty restaurants nearby and very safe. Overall friendly staff, even gave us plates to share a bday cake.
Bed could be more comfortable. Only one bottle of water provided for free for a 2 people room, given the price I'd expect more. Parties/events happening everyday right in front of our room, loud music until late and no warning from the staff when we checked in, again not acceptable given the price we paid.

Room condition it was very dated not update to 5 star standards. All dogs should be on the leash my husband nearly got bitten by a dog
