Room & bed were very comfortable & there was a good choice at breakfast. Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from both the train station & Iseo centre. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful.
An additional selection of fruit at breakfast would have been good- but that is only a personal preference.

A very welcoming small family-run hotel. Good location, close to rail station and lake front for those arriving without a car. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of options. Many good quality restaurants within a short walking distance. Without any hesitation we would use again.

We would definitely highly recommend the hotel Arianna.
It’s in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Also, to the ferry which goes around the lake.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. We emailed them before our trip and they helped with booking airport transfers and restaurants. The airport transfer they recommended was excellent.
We were a group of 5 friends. We had a twin room and a triple room. The rooms were really clean and the triple room was spacious with a sunny balcony.
Bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean with great shower pressure.
We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good and it was replenished quickly .
(A couple of our personal recommendations for drinks/ food- “ In the square “ for drinks and nibbles and pizzeria chalet Iseo for a bargain lunch- but, it’s down to personal taste!).

One of the receptionists looked grumpy but in general the staff were polite and professional.

The stuff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was a new surprise every day. The location very close to the old town of Iseo and yet with parking. Very clean.
The shower is very clean but tiny.
If you could add a place to put the soap inside the shower it would really help.

Extremely friendly owners and staff. Changed the room after one night to a balcony- room without problem. Parking on site. Center and lakeshore just a 5 minutes walk away.
Mattress of the second room quite hard (subjective experience)
The bread buns were very hard and dry ones, even though there’s good bread available in Italy. Should be changed.

great location, staff brilliant, breakfast was the best we had in all our 2 weeks in Italy, better than the 4 star hotel in Piacenza, location perfect 2 minutes to Lake and free parking , we will be back !!
hairdryer was not very powerful , toiletries minimal but it's 2 star so can't complain

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is on the main road. We had a room at the back, so we were not troubled by the traffic. Staff very friendly. It is only a short walk to the centre of town

We liked especially the friendlyness of the owners and how clean the hotel was. The comfort and value of the rooms were also a big plus.
