Ema Palace is located in a very nice neighborhood. It has a very nice swimming pool, and it offers a splendid breakfast (which is included in the price). The staff is attentive and always willing to help/
Wifi performed poorly through the week in my room. It would suddenly stop working and was relatively slow in general. Not unusable, but as I was traveling for work, a relatively negative point.
Facilities are starting to show their age. While it is not something bad per se, some amenities could use some renovation.

The staff was good
The breakfast was not good, it does not have a lot of options. The bathroom was smelly and the air conditioner did not work properly. The room did not get dark, the curtains passed the light, so we did not sleep well in the morning.
