I arrived midnight,dont have cash to pay for deposit.asking to qr for deposit because already late midnight and tired came from terengganu,but they refused and still asking us to go to the bank to cash out the money.should be more considerate in terms of deposit to pay online after this

There is a convenience store nearby, and a supermarket located just behind the hotel. Several food options are within walking distance, including a Chinese restaurant and a local eatery next to the hotel that serves delicious and affordable meals during the day. At night, there are two burger stalls just a few metres away, as well as a Malay restaurant nearby. A petrol station is also conveniently located close to the hotel, with both ZUS Coffee and McDonald’s available. The staff deserve special recognition — they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. In terms of facilities, the hotel is well maintained. The floors and bathrooms are clean, the beds are neatly made, and housekeeping is attentive. For longer stays, bed sheets can be changed upon request, and towels were replaced daily whenever requested. The only minor downside is that it can get a little noisy at night due to motorcyclists racing on the nearby roads. However, this is beyond the hotel’s control and was not disruptive enough to affect the overall stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality, clean facilities, and plenty of food and convenience options nearby.

The check in is really smooth and quick. and the staff is really friendly but the elephant in the room(pun intended) here is the room. 2 queens bed, a big wardrobe and a mini (quite big actually) wardrobe to keep stuff like bags. The room is clean, the beds are comfy and the pillows are squishy. Definitely going to book here again.

The water is not that hot.
