We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Yamma. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. The surroundings were very peaceful and close to shops. The scooter hire service meant we did not need to go searching for transport and was a fair price. We definitely will stay there again of out next journey to Khaolak.

We stayed here for a short time and, to be fair, the room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. The location is peaceful, and you can reach the center in just five minutes by car.
However, something happened that completely ruined the experience for us. While we were at the pool, we ordered some French fries. The staff laughed when we placed the order, and we didn’t understand why — until the food arrived. The fries were covered in tiny fried ants, as if they had been cooked together with them in the same oil.
We sent the dish back immediately. The staff apologized and said they wouldn’t charge us, which is the bare minimum in such a situation. Serving food like that is extremely unsafe and completely unacceptable.
Other than this incident, the stay was calm and pleasant, but the kitchen hygiene definitely needs serious improvement.
