The hotel is in an old building in the centre of historic Celle. All the beautiful buildings and squares are just nearby. With the price we had, this hotel is very good.
We never received the check in codes from the hotel. I think there is a bug between hotel and Booking. Fortunately, we called at the intercom. A lady answered in German. we opened the key box. And got the keys

Der Parkplatz 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt und die Kosten von 3 Euro für 24 Stunden.
Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist wirklich top – wenn man das Hotel allerdings betritt, merkt man schnell, dass das wohl der einzige Pluspunkt bleibt.
Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man sich fragt, ob es ursprünglich als Abstellkammer gedacht war. Das Badezimmer setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf: extrem eng, die Toilette nur mit etwas Akrobatik benutzbar.
Das Bett fühlt sich eher wie eine Liege an – flach, mit einer Zudecke, die selbst im Sommer knapp bemessen ist. Der Fernseher ist ebenfalls winzig, passt aber immerhin perfekt zur Zimmergröße.
Fazit: Wer nur einen zentralen Standort sucht und keinen Wert auf Komfort legt, wird hier fündig – alle anderen sollten sich besser nach Alternativen umsehen.
