Superb!

First of all; Great hospitality! Lovely family business. Each and every corner of the hotel been touched with great taste. Ultra-clean and you feel yourself in a lavender field.

Great stay, very clean with very nice people

We had an amazing stay at Villa Claudia, cleanest place ever, you literally cant find a spot that wasn't clean. Room was spacious, there is even a big balcony. Owner is a really cool guy who takes great care of this Villa. Special thanks goes to Divna, with whom we had great chat every day, super friendly and kind woman, we will remember this place for her.

AC in the "room 6" was not great, turning blowing on the max speed didn't work, only medium and low was working. AC is on the ground, not on the wall, it will never be able to cool the room down as the wall AC could. There is also a ventilator in the room as an extra. This did not influence our sleeping here, we could sleep at night, so it is not a big deal. Also mattress is too hard for my liking, but again, i had no problems sleeping. Bed has metal frame, i am 1,84m tall and my legs were touching the frame, someone taller could have more problems.

A comfortable and fantastic location in an idyllic small town

This property is in a very small village called Fazana, Croatia which in my opinion is so much nicer than staying in Pula. The apartment was very close to the coast and was in a perfect location. There is food, wine, souvenir shops and such within a short walking distance. This property is very clean and comfortable.

The only small issue we had was that it was not clear to me that we had to pay in cash as the site does not explicitly say so. I am glad that I spoke to the staff member the night before we left so we could settle everything in cash (I had to go to the nearby ATM machine, but that was not a problem). It was just a surprise to me.

Relaxing in a thoughtful villa.

Extremely clean and comfortable. A lot of thought had gone into making your stay welcoming and easy. Having a kitchen to use was great!

Exceptional

The hotel was last renovated years ago, however we thought it is as fresh as half-year. This is result of daily cleaning, continuous restoration and well-engineered air ventilation.

PLUS: Pretty and clean, great location. MINUS: Concussion hazard in room.

Excellent location in the old town, close to everything. We bought takeaway dinners and it was very pleasant to eat out in the courtyard. Staff and owner very pleasant and accommodating.

Serious Hazard in room : Our room on the first floor was built partially underneath a staircase, so the airspace on one side of the bed was partially occupied by a big triangular bulkhead (basically the underside of the staircase). You have to bend down to avoid knocking your head on it to get in and out of that side of the bed. It's easy to NOT see it because it's painted white like all the other walls and ceiling. We bashed our heads a number of times on this bulkhead, despite knowing it was there, especially the first day and night. The room should have been designed differently to avoid this hazard, but now something should be done to make the bulkhead stand out more visually, as you could literally get a concussion from this.

Relaxing stay in a lovely guesthouse

Amazing location, right in the centre of town and near the beach. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was great to have the kitchen to use for breakfast.

The pillows were too thin. Other than that, everything was good.

Excellent Villa in a great location.

This property is in a great location, just a minutes walk to the harbour. It is clean, modern & the host is super cheerful & friendly. Would 100% stay again.

Could have had better weather for our stay - but this is nothing the host or property could help with!

A beautiful stay in a beautiful town.

The location, the charm, and the balcony. Charming music at night and food all around. Walk to beautiful beaches. Travel into pula or travel to Rovijn. My heart is in Fazana.

The top floor room has high ceilings which are nice but capture a lot of heat. They are very strict with the air conditioning - you must be in the room with your key in the slot for it to run. The unit was too small. If you like to sleep cool, you will find it hot in July or August. Adding a fan would make a huge difference.

Cozy and romantic place for holiday

The room was clean and cozy, wonderfully decorated. Perfect location on wonderfull small central square. We could make breakfast in shared kitchen and drink our morning coffee sitting on the chairs with romantic cushions right on this square near the villa. The hosts were especially kind and hospitable. Thanks a lot.

Superb

In the center, 5 minutes to the city beach. Although the center of the hotel is pleasantly peaceful. Entrance in front and back of the hotel. Free parking. Free use of kitchen, great for breakfast. Free use of the terrace behind the hotel. The hotel is charming, intimate. Room and bathroom large. Bed comfortable but small. The room has a small refrigerator, the advantage of this accommodation. The owner and all the staff are very kind.
