Breathtaking view and experience

I understand the trouble that a broke lift can cause but for me and my friends was something that was not even close to be an issue as the property is incredible and all the staff super friendly

Nice but nothing memorable

Interesting hotel design against the hill Staff friendly Modern room with nice semi outdoor bathroom

Had to get taxi anywhere including to beach or restaurants Stairs exhausting in the heat! Room quite small Pool and loungers area very small, not like a resort at all Breakfast mediocre for this standard of hotel

- Helpful staff. Billy at front desk also taking other tasks to help customers. Including baggages handling.

- The resort situated on hilly landscape which is beautifully built. But this plus point turn out to be the minus point. The lift which supposed to take customers from lower level to the resto and pool areas was not in operation due to technical problems and not in use since months ago.(info from staffs). So we have to use steps walk UP and DOWN to/from the resto for dinner which is on level 5. With two customers over 60 and late fifties it is quite a tough job...

best bed and pillows ever. felt like sleeping in all day long

Their service and communication was very good and satisfactory. Breakfast was ala carte and delicious. The dining area has a view of the infinity pool and the treetop view of palm trees, it was very pleasant. Room had an open air shower with high walls, that was a nice experience. The location of the resort is on a hillside/slope, therefore there are many stairs on this property.

The bell boy is fast and helpful.

The TV connection is bad, lift wasn't working and my family took a while to reach the room climbing long stairs to the room.

As the room we booked didn´t fulfill our expectations, the staff gave us another room. They were very helpful and professional.

The restaurant didnt have the best food choice. Still, it was clean and neat.

Unpleasant beginning experience but the staff did their best to make it up to us.

The property, although worn down in some areas, was beautiful and architecturally unique. The bedrooms were stunningly designed. The staff were all amazing and very thoughtful. The breakfast was also delicious, and the views were amazing.

We had to change rooms three different times. Their elevator was broken, and our room on the "5th flior" (more like 10 flights of stairs) was exhausting to walk up to. There were also many beetles, ants and mosquitoes around.

The worst hotel ever (not according to expectations)

Literally, the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The only star I give is for the service; the service people were nice. I booked the Varga room, almost on the top of the building. As my pictures show by themselves, it was really dirty, bathroom mirror was broken, rusty screws, water losses on the bathroom, chipped wall, etc. Obviously, the pictures shown by the hotel look amazing. I’m 100% sure these were taken the first opening day, but the hotel looks like not having any maintenance at all. Really disappointing and 0 recommended.

Bathroom under the stars. Nothing like a hot shower with tropical storm rain in the mix, right? Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast options.

The staff really made our stay. Ima in reception was amazing and really kind and Ibrahim made us coffee in the lounge and had great conversation with us.

Our outdoor bathroom was infested with ants and other bugs which made it really hard to use and made the experience of using the bathroom quite uncomfortable, especially showering. Some of the bugs made it into the room too. The elevator is broken which meant we had to walk up several flights of stairs to reach the restaurant in 30+ degree heat. We had to ask reception to send staff to the coffee lounge as there was never anybody there, and sadly on our last morning after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come, we had to leave. The restaurant staff made dining quite awkward as all they seemed to do was stare at us whilst we were eating, which was quite off putting.

Superb

Good location, with Senggigi beach and restaurants easily accessible with a motorbike. Restaurant and swimming pool with amazing views. Great service from Ima and all staff from Svarga, we got married at the hotel and everybody did an amazing job to make our day super special! Definitely recommended!

Lovely stay, great if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

Great views, was really quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was included and large portion sizes. Only a short taxi from the main restaurants, bars and beaches.

Pool could have been cleaner. The spa had no receptionist a few times we went so struggled to book a massage.

Resort have good concepts and themes. All the staffs from front desk, housekeeping and cafe always try their very best to please everyone.

Hotel poorly maintained. E.g the tap heads in the shower was in very bad condition but it wasn't replaced. I'm sure it has been like that for a long period. There's gaps at the glass doors that when it's raining water will seep and wet the bedroom floor. The worst is unserviceable lift It cause alot of inconvenience to guests and staffs . I had originally booked the suite at the highest floor but have to cancel it and take a less premium room on the lower floor. .( and it is really a hassle and wasn't easy to change or downgrade my room )

nice hotel, the personal is very nice, the breakfast was very good. we rent a motor bike with the help of the hotel.

Not as expected and not worth the current price until further maintenance is carried out

Friendly staff who promptly killed the 50 ants that appears during the night Nice buffet on Saturday for good value Nice atmosphere during the night Good selection for breakfast

Room was not as appears in photos - ant infestation in bathroom sink (appeared during night), wooden tables and furnishings significantly aged, wonky lamp, bathroom walls recently painted but over mould. Sink did not drain very well so would fill up quickly. Double patio doors were broken (Very difficult to lock and still had a gap to allow insects through). Resort itself needs some maintenance before it can request the same price for its rooms. Can confirm lift is still broken and it seems unlikely to be fixed anytime in the near future (Roughly 4 flights of stairs to be climbed to breakfast for anyone less able to climb).
