Staff were very helpful welcoming, polite and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Secure parking for the Motorcycle. Meal in the Restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was not available being a Sunday but we were able to have breakfast opposite close by.

Central location
Albeit we had confirmed our time of arrival no one was waiting for us at the agreed time and I had to phone and wait for the host to open the door.
No one told us prior to the arrival that the traffic is conditionated to residents and I travelled with my car. Fortunately the subject arose during the check in and the host arranged the things with the police so we wouldn't get a ticket. I suggest that information is transmited to future guests.
There was no cleaning during our stay, not even the bed was made, and the towels weren't changed. Nothing.
