The view from my room at night. The buffet style breakfast/dinner and various options they provided each day. The size of my room/flat. It had a bed, tv, small kitchen with the amenities, decent size shower and a balcony. They also provided you with a washing machine, so it's great if you're staying for a week, for e.g. and you have children. There's a door lock to your apartment complex and a safe too for valuables, so it definetely adds extra security.
There might be more parking spaces, but I guess there are permanent residents that are using them, the hotel did have a private parking and you can use a "public" parking that's just a grassy area.

Great view on Black Sea and swimming pool. Staff was very helpfully. Hotel have 2 swimming pools big and small for kids. Also we can use water slopes on second Premier hotel. Beach is fantastic sand. Restaurant inside hotel have teasty meals at good prices. WIFI working perfectly. Cozy restaurants by the sea.
Towels on deckchairs should be removed by staff on night, because somebody locked deckchairs for all day and night and don't use it? it's annoying. Kitchen equipment should be better (blunt knife, the pan is burning, no wine corkscrew). the shower head sprays sideways.

It's a great, beautiful place. Cosy restaurants on the seafront. Spacious apartments, close to a supermarket. For those who want to have fun, 15 minutes walk to Sunny Beach. The place is quiet and beautiful to the eye.
Uncomfortable hard loungers by the pool. Such loungers require padding. It's a pity that the large hotel blocked part of the road to Sunny Beach - you have to walk down the street. It takes away half the pleasure.

Good air conditioned, good cleanliness of the apartment on arrival and of outside area, proximity to a sandy beach, very pleasant garden and pool area, quick check_in and check-out, useful and in good-shape kitchen endowment, abundant offer at breakfast and dinner, quiet area, mini-market at site. It was our second time at this property.
The apartment was not noise-proof regarding the noise from inside the building.
As it happened also our first time here four years ago, nobody came to clean the apartment, take the garbage, change the small towels ( we stayed for 3 nights). We had many large towels - designated probably also for the pool, but no supplementary face-towels.
The so-called card used to unlock the entrance door and the gate to the beach was not _at-all useful to access the dining area which was placed at a near-by hotel (we always had to wait for somebody - else who had a card from that hotel, to get in or out when the gate-keeper was absent).

Club dance at the end of every evening program was fun
As all other hotels in the area (we have visited a few) there is problem with ants, no matter how much you clean they keep finding their way in…
Kitchen needs more utensils, plates and cups for the size of the apartment

Good location, perfect for families with kids - right on the beach; the swimming pool was nice, with small playareas next to it. Convenient to have à la carte restaurant in the complex as well.
The apartment was not very clean. Having someone to clean every 3-4 days is not nice when you are a family with kids. This should be done more often.

The apartment was excellent , it's composed from 2 big bedrooms, 1 livingroom with kitchenette, 1 bathroom and it is Very equipped apartment, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, electric oven , washing machine in the bathroom.Every room has an open balcony.
The view is very nice, you can see the sea.
From Sunny Beach- Center Bridge, you can make a trip with a boat and you can visit the Old Town -Nesebar.It is worth it, it is very beautiful, you will see nice arhitectura, many small shops with souvenirs and also many taverns.
Every morning,around 7 o'clock are coming the buses (3-4) with the hotel's employees .
Some people make noises, talking loud.
There was one night party around, during till 22:30.

Staying in the "FORT NOKS" holiday complex on 14 / 07-24 / 07 The 2x2 family was very enjoyable thank you the manager Gabriela Valcheva who was always helpful 🙂🙂 The apartment we stayed in was fully equipped, the food in the hotel restaurant was always fresh and fresh and Various desserts, fruit and, of course, ice cream. Finally, I highly recommend this place, Thank You again.

The location is beautiful, near beach... the beach is bery small but confortable. U can find sunchear until 10.30 a.m wich is very confortable. The restaurant has tasty food, the prices are afordable, u can easily pay with the credit card and the valute change is ok. If u change money in leva in the city, is 3,77 lei so... is much. But if u pay with the card is 2,55 wich is the normal range. They have parking near the hotel, in a space like.. a park. But is ok. I loved everything about it. I didnt have all inclusive so.. i cant speak about that... i am very happy about the experience...
U need to call at the reception to anounce that u need cleaning services. I called after 3 days when i saw that they dont come if they are not called. U cant talk with the reception via whatsup.

The location is perfect, near the beach. I had a parking place. The restaurant near the pool was good. Clean food, no complications, just what i need from a vacation.
The bed was too hard and the toilet was broken most of the time. Also a socket was henging from the wall. It's dangerous with a small child.

The room was not cleaned as expected - bad smell from the bathroom, hair in the bed which for sure was not ours, ants on the floor, on the table, in the bed.
The check out is until 12, it was around 11.30 when we were preparing to go out from the room and the ladies who clean entered without knocking on the door - this is not ok at all.
The fact that the cleaning is done once per week, only if you stay minimum 7 days - well this is not a plus for a location which is called Prestige Resort, you expect to have a very good cleaning service, not to do all the stuff you usually do at home, you’re in holiday, right?
The reservation was for a sea side view room, we received another room, on the ground floor. We asked for the room to be changed and we received one room at 1st floor with partially sea view.
Won’t coming back for sure.

All was perfect. Facilities were perfect and the view superb. I highly recommend the location! There is a parking next to the location but it is not guarded. You can buy separate full board ( the restaurant is not on the premises but very near) and the food is varied and tasty.

Facilities are clean, staff is attentive and helpful.
There were some maintenance items that needed to be addressed while we were there.
Didn't enjoy the aircon units on the balcony.
