Excellent location in the center of town; the bonus being it is just opposite the US consulate for Visa interviews. The staff are friendly - more like a B and B kind of place.
It is an old building - the infrastructure could do with some modernization.

Myself and my wife stayed there for US visa interview.
This building is located just in front of the Embassy. we can see the queue from the verandh.
As we reached late at night, the guard welcomed us and showed our room. Helped us to find dinner in the restaurant located in the ground floor of the building.
The staffs were very polite and humble.The break fast was simple and good served fresh.
The room was very clean and had an vintage look.
Neat and crisp no extra value addition to an 100yr old building.
The area was quite & clean.
As the lift in the building is old one, it will not work if the collapsible doors (grill) are not closed properly by the passenger who used it early. so we have to climb the stairs(Just one floor) to reach our hotel in the first floor.

The staff is polite and helpful
The floors we pass through were a little scary for someone who is staying alone especially a female.
