The location was great. 2 mins walk from the exit 12 Seoul subway station, elevator from subway to street level is a bonus.
Arriving at the hotel at 0030 was very safe, well lit, and easy to find even with google Maps. Easy machine check-in.
The hotel has no lift, only 4 floors stairwell is slim width and small steps.
Rooms are tiny, but the beds are comfortable, and rooms and bathrooms are clean, quiet, and with opening windows, air conditioning, fan dint feel uncomfortable for 4 people even in summer. Fridge in room with complimentary water, public use microwave and water fountain, and small outside deck/smokers pit.
The bathroom was tiny with shower/washbasin/toilet all in one, but it was manageable for the 10 hours we stayed.
Would not suggest 4 adults to stay or if there are more than 2-3 pieces of luggage.

I really liked the hotel. It is very well located near Seoul Station (3 mins walking distance). Room is tiny, but it is clean, bed was comfortable, room cleaning everyday - can’t complain. Great value for money

Very close to the train station, the room even if it's small, it has everything you need.

The room was too small, but very close to The Seoul station and walking distance to the Myeongdong area.
Very clean.
A room was too small, also had a step, I tripped over it a few times. No lift.
