Summing up with please maintain your property as everything is deteriorating really need maintenance

Buffet was good. Property is good as of greenery n area

It really needs maintenance as bathroom was smelly .. most of the things like furniture gates need to be maintained.. everything is in bad condition bt we just stayed because of the location .

A memorable stay at Country Inn Bhimtal

House-keeping services and hospitality was exemplary. The staff is very good, would like to mention The House-keeping manager Rajeev Tiwari and in FO Pradeep, these people were really supportive and made our stay outstanding. Pankaj in the restaurant is also a very good and sincere individual. Overall, the stay was fabulous and I would definitely like to come again in the near future.

There was nothing which didn't like. I think everything is just perfect.

there policy of refund of money on cancellation of booking is very bad. If someone have any chance of cancellation of your tour or some of your friends or due any circumstances, you have to beg for your refund even when the booking cancellation is free. staff posted at property is good but the management is not professional and up to the mark to work like a corporate chain of hotels and resorts. never book in country inn, if any chance of cancellation of programme.

Nature's paradise. Before detailing I want to acknowledge efforts of Mr. Mayank Verma (Manager) for arranging rooms as per our choice even during the rushy summer, as my mother had knee injury recently. We absolutely loved the whole arrangement and want to thank hotel management for making the stay memorable for our family. This place is close to nature and we simply loved their services. Staff is very friendly, polite and trained. Hotel offers lots of indoor activities to keep you engaged. Swimming pool was much enjoyed by everyone. Live music daily adds charm to the evening. Food is amazing. This was the fourth time we stayed in this property. Wonderful place for family vacation.

Resort was combination of fun and peace..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Inn by Nature resort and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff was attentive and welcoming, ensuring my every need was met and we got room upgrade also,thanks to Mayur Verma ji.It has a very open space so good to walk around and enjoy the fresh air,The stay was cool and relaxing, the view in the morning from the room is admirable.

Wifi is not working properly. Getting signal in one room but not in the other room.

A small trip with a small time in Bhimtal

Mr. Mayank Verma of hotel is a superb gentleman, very co-operative and helpful. Mr. Sanju was also very helpful The Food and Beverage / House keeping Manager was very kind.

Breakfast Spread should be more. Muffins, pastries should be available in breakfast.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing very special. The cottage was good & the bathroom had real plants planted there - not potted plants. Very unusual. The grounds there were full of fruit trees that had started flowering. Their indoor swimming pool had huge trees that were 100 years old.

Room siz, campus, horticulture, very hard working and cooperative staff, dining hall services, menu in breakfast very compromised

Room a mini ties were not properly maintained, the fridge didn’t work for initial 2 days. I had stayed 2/3 times before too, this time they didn’t offer any choice in breakfast or dinner menu.
