La vicinanza al centro di Frascati.
Camera non così pulita, polvere in più punti della stanza. Le asciugamani fatte trovare sul posa valigie, il che non è il massimo. La signora alle 8.30 del mattino (i check-out sono alle 10) ha cominciato a pulire con aspirapolvere la stanza di fianco. Colazione davvero basic.

Piacevole soggiorno di 1 notte al ritorno da Calabria direzione Padova…. Non conoscevo la zona dei castelli romani e Frascati mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso…. Lalloggio ottimo non troppo in centro quindi più tranquillo e perfetto per le mie esigenze 👍

Possibilità di parcheggio. Posizione vicina al centro, ma sufficientemente isolata e silenziosa. Camera abbastanza ampia. Condizionatore.
Sarebbe utile un fornetto microonde nella sala della colazione.

Very fast WiFi
their AC system is rather efficacious
providing you do not carry much luggage, it is very close to Frascati town centre (caveat: it is downhill and it is rather steep). if you have a car, this matter would be therefore meaningless.
the staff are accommodating: there's no kettle in the rooms but they gave me one. there's no fan in the room but they also arranged one for me nonetheless.
the room and bathroom were clean.
good pillows.
I booked a double bed but it was actually two single mattresses put together: sometimes it does the job just as well but in that case, one mattress was new and firm (I slept on that one) whereas the other one was old and very spongy and one was higher than the other one. it was not very pleasant to sleep because of the "wonky" bed then.
