The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! And it’s bigger than our king size at home, I would say it’s a super king.
The whole place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Room cleaned & fresh towels every day if required.
There is a gorgeous little beach just a 2 minute walk from the property which is also great for snorkelling. The main beach is around a 15 minute walk.
Within a 2 minute walk you are at the beginning of the main area with shops, restaurants and bars.
I am a light sleeper and my main concern when booking a place is always noise levels. Here was lovely and quiet, it is within the pedestrianised zone so no passing traffic apart from the occasional scooter, and nowhere near any loud bars.
Dimitris is a great host, very helpful if you need anything.
The room was perfect for us and good value for the price.

Incredible location above the lagoon, just minutes from the sea and the centre of town. Large balcony with two comfortable sun loungers and a shade ideal for relaxing. Bed is a good size and the area is quiet. Host was friendly and very responsive to messages.
The place needs a bit of minor investment and attention to detail. The WiFi was virtually non-existent - I couldn’t load any messages inside the room. It was a bit better on the balcony but still weak.
The towels we were provided had been washed to death - the texture was like sandpaper. One towel had a massive brown stain on it. The bed sheets had a very sharp texture on them, also like sandpaper. The decorative layer on the sink was peeling, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, the tap was loose and the shower had lots of dark stains on the floor. No tea or coffee was provided.
We put the “do not disturb” sign on the door but the cleaner let herself into our room anyway while we were sleeping, urgently shouting “umbrella kaput”. This was because we had forgotten to put the shade down the previous night. We rushed onto the balcony worried it had collapsed but everything was fine. Her behaviour was a bit of an overreaction.
Some minor investment would increase the score a lot!
