On the first floor is also a sitting room. There's a kitchen with dining area on the ground floor. There’s a balcony off the bedroom with outdoor furniture. There’s roadside parking a short distance away. Only 2 minutes’ walk from a well-regarded pub, Little Hamlin is an excellent base for exploring Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, sorry no washing machine, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi. Pressurised input ventilation system for pure air quality. The property was beautifully presented and was a perfect base from which to operate. The property manager helpful and nearby but never intrusive. All needed was provided and the cream tea and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thank you.

A wonderful holiday cottage in a superb quiet & relaxing setting. The owner Deborah Lewis was outstanding & the cottage was immaculately clean & very well equipped she even supplied us with a bottle of milk,wine & cream tea ready & waiting in the fridge, there was tea, coffee & sugar in the kitchen cupboard . There is an extensive range of guide books & local tourist information pamphlets in the lounge which greatly helped us plan our stay & excursions This has been the best holiday let we have stayed in to date & we will undoubtedly be booking again. Highly recommended !
