I liked my change of room. It was in a quiet location was very spacious and had an outside area to sit and a hammock. The garden, pool area and breakfast area were lovely and in traditional Brazilian style. The breakfast was very good with an extensive choice to suit all tastes. The location was ideal.
I didn’t like the room I booked because it was misrepresented . There was appropriate space for the bed. You entered into a small space with a fridge separated from the bed by a half height wall - there was no chair in this area and was advertised as a sitting area. I wondered if you were supposed to sit on the fridge. There was no balcony and the window opened onto the pedestrian area which was pleasant. I changed room within the hour and because I had a drink from the bar the receptionist put that drink on
the record sheet for my new room . When I checked out a different receptionist calculated the drinks used at 97 real and that differed to my calculation at 95 real . She then recalculated saying I had 3 drinks in the previous room which was incorrect. The new amount was 127 real . I said that is not true but I’ll pay it because my friend was parked nearby and waiting for me. She then wanted to get into a long discussion by phone translate and I was getting more and more frustrated. Fortunately my friend came into the reception. He is Brazilian and could see the smoke shooting out of my ears and told the girl my friend will pay. She started to put the payment on her mobile and he told her to stop and take payment using the correct official business method . I then left feeling that one person could taint my visit. A couple of hours before I checked out a friend I met in Itacare in January came to see mr to collect a gift I had for him his little girl and mother. The girl told me that he wasn’t allowed to accompany me to my room to collect the gift and made him wait in the breakfast area. I found that a bit rude to my friend however I apologised to the girl saying I was sorry if I offended and she shrugged her shoulders at me-very disappointing reaction I thought

Eu amei minha estadia na passarela da vila, o quarto muito confortável, limpo, espaçoso, o café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, os funcionários muito simpáticos e educados, a localização da pousada é perfeita e perto do de tudo!! Com certeza recomendo e voltarei!

O QUARTO INDIVIDUAL QUE TINHA RESERVADO ANTERIORMENTE NÃO GOSTEI. PAGUEI MAIS R$250,00 PARA EFETUAR A TROCA. O QUE RESOLVI FICAR ERA BEM GRANDE, CABIAM 5 PESSOAS APESAR DE EU TER FICADO SOZINHA. O LOCAL BEM RESERVADO, SILENCIOSO, E A LOCALIZAÇÃO É EXCELENTE! AS MENINAS SÃO MUITO SIMPÁTICAS E ATENCIOSAS. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ SIMPLES, PORÉM SUFICIENTE.
LIMPEZA DO BANHEIRO. SENTI FALTA DE ÁGUA SANITÁRIA NA LAVAGEM COTIDIANA. CANTOS PRETOS COM MUITA SUGEIRA ANTIGA IMPREGNADA. MUITOS BICHINHOS Q FICAM DENTRO DO BOX E PAREDES EXTERNAS. E A POUSADA NÃO OFERECE TOALHA PARA MÃOS.

Localização
A localização é muito boa e o valor da diária foi bastante acessível. Não esperava luxo, mas alguns pontos básicos deixaram a desejar. O primeiro quarto tinha forte mau cheiro vindo do banheiro e precisei insistir para conseguir a troca. O café da manhã também poderia ser melhor, com itens mais frescos e de melhor qualidade. Preço baixo justifica simplicidade, mas alguns cuidados básicos precisam ser preservados.
