The surrounding area is fantastic, the house is situated on a small island with an "end of the world" vibe. :-) The house itself is in a very good condition, and also very well equipped. We used the downstairs apartment which was more than enough for us (6 people).
A separate or second toilet would not hurt for such a big apartment.

A very unique property with plenty of room for our party of 4 adults needing 3 separate bedrooms. Access to Alesund city center was an easy drive, while the quiet island location of the house afforded a peaceful getaway. A great alternative to a hotel stay and we appreciated the cleanliness of the home as well as the amenities.
