We booked this property by reviewing the other reviews honestly when we booked my mood was a bit off because of room size but it got changed when I experienced their services their hospitality was exceptional and every staff was well cooperative and they knew what the service all about and how to serve the customers. Also it was just 300 mtr away from such a beautiful benaulim beach . They have all kinds of amenities and the food quality is really amazing i must recommend this property for stay , yes the price over the room size is a bit expensive but it can be manageable and you can get a bigger room by paying a few more.☺️👍

The resort was well kept, inviting and peaceful. The location is quite remote however it is a 5 min walk to the beach.
Despite the rooms being well equipped, the rooms weren’t properly serviced each day. Often we had mugs or towels not being replaced. Also the bedding and robe had marks on them. We booked a room with a bathtub, but when we ran it, the water was quite yellow, which put us off using it completely.
The food wasn’t quite at the standard expected of a hotel of this rating, but was fine.
Although attentive, the staff were not very helpful or tried to help when it wasn’t wanted or needed.
