Villa Taburiente is a modern and exclusive newly built villa with stunning views of the Aridane Valley and the Atlantic sea, is located near the National Park Caldera in the town of El Paso.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, utility room, lounge kitchen of 70 m2 and 65 m2 outdoor pergola.
The Villa has an area of 250 m2 and exteriors fully adapted within a plot of 2200 m2, has a "not heated" pool (14m x 3m) which includes a shallow end for children.
There is a solar shower by the pool, deck chairs, parasols, barbecue and covered terrace with table and chairs.

We greatly enjoyed the stay. The view is just spectacular. Very beautiful house. Don’t rent a big car though. The road is quite narrow but ok.

Merci à Francisco pour nous avoir accueilli dans sa villa tout confort sur les hauteurs de Los Llanos. La communication avec Francisco pour préparer notre séjour sur la côte Ouest de La Palma a été efficace et rapide. La maison est sur le versant de la Caldeira de Taburiente (à 10 mn en voiture du parking pour monter à Los Brecitos), avec une super vue sur la mer et la ville de Los Llanos. Le trajet pour descendre en voiture sur la ville est de 5mn, et vous avez tout de suite en arrivant en bas de la ville, un Lidl et le parking gratuit pour laisser votre voiture, et aller vous promener dans les rues de Los Llanos. La maison est superbe, avec beaucoup d'espace, et un style moderne. 4 chambres (dont une avec un canapé lit), un grand salon salle à manger ouvert sur la cuisine, 2 salles de bain avec douche, et un extérieur avec une grande terrasse et une piscine à débordement qui domine Los Llanos. La route pour monter à la villa depuis Los Llanos est tout à fait roulante. La difficulté principale est le chemin d'accès pour rejoindre la villa. Ce chemin qui domine la maison impose une descente assez raide pour se garer sur le parking de la villa. C'est un peu impressionnant surtout à la remontée quand on quitte la maison, car la pente est raide, mais avec l'habitude, on arrive finalement bien à monter (même si l'embrayage a un peu souffert sur les premières tentatives...). A préciser qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la maison, mais à cette altitude, vous avez toujours de la fraîcheur la nuit pour bien dormir. Villa très propre et fonctionnelle pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Au final, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans la villa de Francisco, et nous donnons une note de 5 étoiles bien méritée.

Wunderschönes Haus in Top Lage! Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet umgehend bei Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
