This is a nice, spatious appartement in a quiet area. The bed, bathroom etc are excellent and clean. The communication with the owner was good and all the information you need was provided. You can park your car on the backside of the building (free).

It’s a bit of a struggle to cook your own meal as there is not really a kitchen. Yes, there is an electrical hob, but for instance no sink (so no place to do the dishes etc). This the only reason why we don’t give the maximum scorebord 10, but ‘just’ a 9.

Perfect location and quiet neighbourhood, free parking spot, very nice and pleasant interior design, suffucient equipment of the room, comfortable beds, cleanliness, spaciousness, easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff.

None such things.

Parking was available. Kitchen was nice. The building overall was quiet.

It was very hot on the day we visited and there was no AC.

Location was pretty much ideal, parking had just few places but still available, easy to self-check in.

It was 2 of us in a room staying for 3 nights. For spending ~100 eur per night I can't see much of a value for what you pay for versus what you get. For 3 nights you get only one single use pack of a shower gel, pretty much empty hand soap, one towel etc. and pretty much no room service for re-fill available as per their policy left in the room. Also, the water system in the shower is pretty risky as if someone in other apartments are flushing a toilet, which you can also hear, the ruuning shower water instantly becomes super hot/burning. Also, you can hear other guests walking, talking in other apartments but the worst thing is that there is a smoking balcony next to your room so leaving open windows in a summer time is not an option for sure unless you enjoy smoking smell 😂 The view from the corner room window is facing a park, outside the room there are lots of trees which is nice however due to that the room is very dark even when a sunny day. Overall, would be okay for max 40-50eur per night but not meeting expectations for ~100eur/night
