it would have been perfect but the guy on level 4 was just too much to ignore

location!

the guy above in Level 4 constantly “hocking a lugie” which made is uncomfortable to sit out on the balcony.

Great location in the centre of Palm Cove

Location was perfect for beach and restaurants Facilities were v good, clean, comfortable and as expected.

The waves could be a little noisy sometimes🤣.

excellent location, super clean, beach views, great value for money

very, very clean (but could we please have a broom for the balcony for our next stay - the gum trees made a lot of mess as it was really windy when we were there) very well equipped kitchen spacious great views excellent location - directly across from the beach right near the stinger net and surf lifesavers

The onsite managers are not the managers for this apartment - so they don’t really engage with you at all You need to talk to the team at Cairns Coast holidays - who are very helpful by the way, and available by mobile & only a very short walk down the street if you need them

We had a hassle-free enjoyable holiday.

Excellent location directly opposite the stinger net and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes. The unit is on the second floor and there’s a lift for easy access. And a handy luggage trolley. The unit may be an older style but is well fitted out, has two air-cons, a comfortable bed and a view over the beach and ancient paper-bark trees. The agents, Cairns Coast Holidays were a pleasure to deal with. Kept us informed, provided straightforward instructions on parking and key access and a start-up of milk, coffee etc.

The apartment balcony was facing the beach and that it has a lift which was very convenient

Graet location, well set up and relaxing

It was opposite the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing. It was a very well set up apartment and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Location and having lifts to get on upper level

The bathroom... needs urgent updating... the shower curtain poses potential health issues and shower in bath poses hazards ... I had difficulty getting in and out... slipped on one occasion . The kitchen also needs updating.

Third time to Palm Cove and have found my favorite place to stay in the future :-)

Position was perfect beachfront, situated directly across from the netted swimming area with lifeguards. Next door to Surf Club where the meals are always good and great prices. The self contained unit was clean and well appointed and looks to have been recently done up, a nice pool with bbq area. Communication with property managers was good and easy, stress free.

Great spot and well appointed apartment.

Location was excellent- close to cafes, bus etc. Liked the folder with loads of information in it. Everything you needed if having meals in your apartment. Emergency numbers were a great idea. I needed optometrist as I broke my glasses. If you could add to the list. The shopping centre at Clifton Beach has an optometrist who was so helpful.

Fabulous little apartment. One of the most comfortable beds we've had. Well equipped full kitchen. Great view and location. Close to so many great restaurants.

The refrigerator vibrated so loud at night it would wake you up.

The location is perfect with views of the ocean from the balcony. The place was spotlessly clean which is always greatly appreciated on arrival. When we had some questions the Managing Agents were most helpful and responded quickly.

Homely, relaxing, beach view and beautiful safe beach a few steps away

Felt right at home there - so spacious and comfy, had everything we could possibly need. Loved the balcony facing the wonderful beach and in the tops of stunning old melaleucas - so peaceful, even though right in the heart of the village life. Overall a blissfully carefree holiday and love to be back there soon.

The fridge is quite old and has water dripping from somewhere onto one of the shelves - but it's there and it's big (unlike those horrible tiny bar fridges in many places we stayed) Did not need or want to use the cooker (there is a full range of eateries and yummy restaurants in the village!) so cannot speak for or against it.

Always enjoyable in Palm Cove and we highly recommend apartment 21 to complete the experience.

The location and view were ideal. Apartment very well presented and well equipped with all essentials. Colour scheme of apartment and furniture choices very tasteful ideal for beach location. Generally, beyond expectation which is a pleasant surprise.

Very good

The location was great, comfortable bed and we were able to get early check in which was great as we were transferring from another hotel. The downside was no TV in bedroom and we couldn’t open the door or go onto the balcony... ever. As there were smokers below us who seemed to smoke 24 hours a day.. early morning and late night. I’m also pregnant so this wasn’t great. The breeze and view would have been lovely to enjoy.

The property was so handy to everything. The view from the balcony was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils & crockery. A good size. Good security.
