En general muy bueno

El postre, no era recien elaborado La calefaccion de la habitacion no se podia controlar, estaba permanentemente prendida

La limpieza, la comodidad de la cama, el espacio de la habitación y sin duda muy bueno el desayuno

La tina no tenía auto deslizante, que es un riesgo sobre todo para un adulto mayor, yo viaje con mis padres y mi papá se resbaló y por suerte no se golpeó fuerte. Lo otro es el agua, en la mañana tipo 8:00, sale helada. Me tocó ducharme con agua helada.

Su gente, siempre muy amable.

En general la cadena es bastante plana, para mi un hotel para trabajadores de paso.

Breakfast schedule was fine at 0630 because I need to depart very early travelling to Santiago. Scrumbled Eggs were a little late but in time for me to enjoy them before leaving the cafeteria. Very good the temperture of the room, specially for the cold temperature that night.

When I arrive there were at least 5 to 6 clerks in the front desk and I was travelling with 4 One of them drops to the floor because the doors of the entrance are heavy, unortunately no one of this bunch of people manage to walk the few meters between the desk and the door to give me a help.Is a pitty the lack of sense of customer satisfaction of this people.

The hotel is new and the breakfast is good. Price/performance is good.

In the garden floor, we encountered a kind of bug.
