Exceptional

Great place for our stay. It had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly host and staff. Very close to all the amenities and parking was available in the property. We felt very safe once we were in the apartment.

Except for the issues with the water tank, the place is very clean and comfortable

Close to the end of my stay it so happened that there was an issue with water! I was informed that it was a problem with the motor. My plans for that morning had to be canceled because I could not take a shower. The manager did offer another unit for me to have a shower but I declined. Another inconvenience was that the workers had to access the tank through the bedroom that I was using and also walk through the apartment to get to the tank later on. Once the apartment was cleaned the workers had to check something again, but this time since I was not very pleased with them coming in to the premises again, I was informed that they will access the tank from outside. Also once the repairs were completed I only had lukewarm water to shower! Since I was checking out on the 26th morning I decided not to contact management again, but mentioned it to Ms. Peris later

dont think twice before booking this place because its very difficult to find a quality accommodation with a great staff

The building seemed new and everything was very clean. You have everything you need. Two bed rooms, AC , Hot water, and all. I loved the roof top with a great view.

Solid!

My wife, 13 year old son, and I stayed here for 5 nights in December of 2022. We were very happy with the apartment and the communication. We like staying in a local neighborhood as opposed to a hotel. This location was tucked away from a major street amongst friendly locals. We were just a few steps away from shopping and restaurants and a short ride to Mount Lavinia beach (about 7/8 minutes on tuk tuk). If you are independent travelers like us, it is a great place to stay in the Colombo area. We were able to cook some of our own meals, and really got a tasty of an authentic neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is also a great value for what you get. It was spacious and all of the important things were there: comfortable beds, working AC, working internet with good speed, shower with warm water and good pressure. Think Airbnb, but without the ridiculous cleaning fee charge. There is also a pretty cool view from the porch which was private and on the second story. We sat out there in the evenings and had drinks, looking over the neighborhood and listening to the sounds of Sri Lanka. I would recommend this to anyone who does not want to stay in a hotel.

Relaxing

The staff were friendly, clean and comfortable. Had all amenities and facilities a home will have. Really enjoyed the stay.

The shower was working but water was also coming out of the tap. Seemed like a waste of water. That was the only thing.

everything it was a hidden gem in a middle of and a side of a very busy street and a main road , but once you entered trough the rolling gate, it was a oasis’s of the desert 🏜 what you feel is to relax

Pleasant and safe.

Clean, well maintained and safe facility. Kitchen was fully equipped. Cleaning was thorough. Very well connected with buses and tuktuks available at main road. Perfect for long stay, work and leiusre combined. Property manager Niluka was very helpful.

Only 1 toilet and bathroom for 2 bedroom apartment wasnt so convenient. Location is purely residential and not near to main Mount Lavinia beach and takes half n hr walk there.

Located in a quiet place, the property offers very comfortable conditions: the apartment is enormous, A/C works perfectly, beds are cozy, pressure of hot water is high. Niluka, from management staff, is a friendliest person, always ready to help. Thank you very much!

Pleasant and quiet..!

Staff.. Location.. Cleanliness.. The staff Neelu was very helpful.. She tried to help us in every way she could.

A little difficult to find the location first. But then the landmarks like Sampath bank.. Puhuluva supermarket got us there.
