The property was modern-looking and bright, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample, though not ready on time.
Check-in was very lengthy, as we were required to provide many details already submitted to Booking.com. When we arrived in our room, we found used shampoo on the rack in the shower, and a partial soap bar on the shower floor - it clearly had not been cleaned. Because we were so tired we just lived with it, wondering all the while about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I showed photos to the desk clerk when we we checked out and sent copies to the hotel as requested, but never received a reply.
