Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with amazing view

The view of course❤️ Facilities, rooms, amenities, details are all very nicely thought at put together. At terasse lots of different kind of seating available for different pourposes. AC and ceiling fan in bedroom. Two full bathtooms, possibility to use laundry machine etc. There was nothing to complain and we hope to go back one day. Thank you!

It was not a problem for us, but note that your life will be easyer if you rent a scooter or car.

Best place ever

I stayed here for a month and it was amazing! The owners are the best, super helpfull and caring. Thank you ladies! The location was great for views and to have nice evenings with grilled fish or just to relax on the terrace.

Good

You get a very nice view from the patio and the inside of the house is very nicely arranged. The host was easy to reach and answered all our questions before arrival.

I don't really understand the very high location scores I saw on Booking.com for this property. Granted, the view is very nice, but other than that there's really nothing else within easy reach. The nearest supermarket is a solid 25-30 min walk UP the hill, 1.9km along a windy mountain road with Sicilian drivers and no sidewalk (=terrifying). The nearest restaurant would have been a bit closer than that (though still up that same road), but it was closed on the evening we arrived (Wednesday). If you plan to rent a car for the entire period you are in Lipari (from the moment you step off the ferry) then you could consider staying here, otherwise you should really choose another place. On top of that, there were many other small annoyances. The wifi did not work (I could connect to the network but it wouldn't load any data) and on top of this in the bedroom there was no 4G signal either. You have to take out your own trash when you leave (which, again, involves walking up that road I mentioned above, if you are starting to see the pattern). I don't necessarily mind being charged extra for bedsheets and towels (though this is a very cheap-hostel type of practice), but 15Eur per person really seems excessive. A few days before my trip, Booking.com told me that the property now charges also a 200Eur deposit (that they give back to you if you leave everything in order). All in all way too much hassle and I would not stay here again.

Peaceful place with spectacular views

Very friendly and helpful host, house is very vell equipped, peaceful and quite location with spectacular views from the terrace, very good restaurant (Marisa) in walking distance

Cats living in the yard maybe a problem if you are allergic

The best view on the island. Great terrace.

Need a car to reach it. Week and unstable Wifi, but correct 4G signal available in the area.
