Location - close to the boat transfer. Beautiful view from the balcony and terrace where the breakfast is served. People who run this hotel are very nice and helpful.

Habitación amplia con maravillosa vista al lago y las montañas nevadas. Personal muy cordial. Se agradece el calefactor eléctrico.
Ubicación cómoda a pasos del puerto.
La ducha eléctrica es peligrosa.

The room itself was quite nice and the view was good.
Staff was unfriendly/uninterested except for the younger lady, power plugs did not work properly except for the one in the bathroom, could not get the hot water running, wifi was not working (they had a power outrage in the afternoon which is totally fine but in the evening the wifi router just shut down and no one was able to check. They just agreed that it is not working.
