We loved everything!
It's hard to say, but room cleaning staff, almost everyone(almost everyone is a foreigner), smell of sweat. That sweat smell stays in the room after the cleaning. Maybe the hotel management needs to do some training...

Loved the property since day one. Great service from certain colleagues- Mirokuji was fantastic.
Some of the experiences are not seamless for a guest. Arrival - first thing we are asked if self parking or valet, comes with charges. Check-in, again accommodation/resort fees, again charges - it did not feel that a heartfelt welcome is the first priority for guests.

The staff were very unhelpful and not accommodating at all. They’ll forget to book our restaurant reservations or would did not mention that the main restaurant also had to be reserved for lunch/dinner. I forgot my suitcase in the hotel lobby the day I was travelling, I called the hotel to inform them and ask them to make sure it was still there. They told me the suitcase was nowhere to be found, I missed my flight, took a taxi all the way back to the hotel only to find the suitcase right in the lobby where I told them i left it.
The rooms smelled damp.
