I was not impressed with the breakfast as it was all luke warm. The pancakes and bacon needed to be warmer and there was no hot chocolate. The location for us was perfect as we were attending a wedding. I also liked the sitting area downstairs.
The rooms needed more towels and housekeeping came on a Saturday evening which we declined.
The bathroom door could do with a lock as people were coming in and out of the room so does not feel very private.

The breakfast was plentiful and a nice surprise. Good coffee. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Clean and good gym
The manager. One of the absolute worst we have encountered in our travels.
He definitely didn’t learn the wisdom is “the customer is always right” despite confirmed emails on related to our issue “he was correct”
