Good for short stays, comfortable rooms, some with a view of the Maybank tower. Very convenient location.
Staff communication, I got a message saying my booking would be cancelled if I didn't pay before arrival, despite there being nothing on the website indicating I needed to pay before arrival.
No luggage storage options after checkout, meaning you're stuck with your bags the whole day after checking out.

It's basic but clean and comfortable. The best feature is it's location, very close to KL Sentral, some very good food vendors , convenience stores and laundromats.. Good value for money.

Some staff members are kind and helpful.
The room gets serviced every day.
It's in a very well connected area.
On my 3rd stay here, it starts showing it's an old hotel with fairly careless management.
Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
