Decent budget hotel, ok for a short stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and good standard.

The room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Also be prepared for steep hills the location wasn’t too far from the centre but Jerico has lots of steep hills!

Hotel gave our room away the first night and refused to discount our stay despite this

Staff other than the manager were very kind and helpful. breakfest was good. upper floor rooms with balcony are great. solid location despite being on the edge of town. very easy to get to where you want to go given the size of Jericó

We paid for 3 nights in an upper floor with a balcony and city view. When we arrived, although I had booked my dates correctly online, the hotel made a mistake and gave our room away to another guest for the first night. Due to this we were given an internal room on the first floor, that is a room without windows, or rather a window that looked into a hallway with cleaning supplies. My wife, who is a native Spanish speaker, explained what happened our first night to the Manager and noted that the price for the stay was based on three nights in an upper room as described, however, he refused to discount our stay despite not fulfilling the terms of the reservation we had made. He stated, bizarrely, that we had to pay the price listed in Booking.com, which is even stranger as the property only excepts cash in person, ie he was totally in control of the amount of money we we had to pay.
