Nice clean room with shared kitchen facilities and lounge. Quiet terrace with stunning views. The pool was lovely and rarely busy. Jerko and Maria were excellent and very helpful hosts.

It was not a problem for us but there are a lot of steps to get to the restaurant and/ or beach. Uber’s run to and from Dubrovnik but very sketchy in other direction around the bay to Zaton. For a comparable fee Jerko provided us with a personal service.

The apartment had amazing views and a welcoming staff.

The property is very peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the views are amazing.

The AC in the room didn’t work and guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. Also, the only way to get to Old Town is by car. There are only 2 restaurants by the property but they are good quality.

Perfect relaxing holiday

The location is excellent. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Apartments are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The views are spectacular (even in the rain). Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Not really a dislike as we knew beforehand that this location was not near shops etc but will definitely hire a car next time we visit. Having said that, the owner, Jerko, is always happy to drive you to the supermarket or to provide a lift to Dubrovnik.

Lovely apartment, stunning views 🤩

Lovely apartment, pool was class had it to ourselves, kinda out of the way from Dubrovnik but Uber, taxi available or owner will bring you. Shop an hour walk there and back but beautiful scenery along the way, we walked it every morning. A lot of steps wouldn't suit someone with low mobility. Overall lovely experience and apartment good value for money.

We arrived late, got lift from owner from airport. No restaurants were open would've appreciated some water or snacks obviously would pay. He dropped us to local hotel for drinks that night which was ok. He offers lifts but cheaper to get Uber or taxi.

Owner is very helpful and friendly. Sea view every morning from bed and balcony is fantastic!

It is not easy to find the location on google / Apple map somehow. You may miss the small turn on the highway. Room is a little dated and small though it is very clean.

wonderful stay with quiet and peaceful area and incredible views - access to Dubrovnik available too with ease

very special views and lovely helpful owner. clean apartment and great local beach and restaurants. amazing boat trip arranged by owner. great pool area area is quiet but still has restaurants, ice cream, boat and paddle board hire. we loved our trips into Dubrovnik - owner can take and bring back and if not we could get an Uber lovely stay

The location was nice. The beach being close by. The owner was very friendly.

That the owner said that he does not take card and insisted on cash. So i had to make 2 trips to the cashpoint to get out money. This was a great inconvenience. He said they do not take card at all. Not sure its true. This ruined what was a lovely trip.

spectacular views from room and very clean and bed linen snd towels changed everyday. owners were extremely helpful and friendly. collected us to and from property.

Amazing will go back and recommend to everyone as it is excellent value for money.

property is about a ten minute drive from Dubrovnik over looking a beautiful bay. It is a quite location but with three good local restaurants and a cute small beach. It has a nice pool which was very quite. The staff at the apartments couldn’t have been nicer. Rooms were spotless and there is a shared kitchen where you can make tea and coffee.

There is quite a lot of steps up from the private beach area and beach if steps bother you. They didn’t bother us.

Comfortable and clean

The stuff is very nice and the pool and jacuzzi are clean.every day clean room.A room was cleaned every day and the towels was changed everyday also. The old city is 10min away with car. You can use also the bus.But for return the bus station is not near the apartment. The beach is 5min walk away.It is so beautiful . The restaurant near the beach is very good and not expensive. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great escape!

Everything perfect, stay was fantastic. It's a bit of a drive from Dubrovnik. Jacuzzi and pool just great. Lovely taras where you can have your breakfast with breathtaking view! Great value!! Very quiet neighborhood, beach just around the corner. Perfect spot for someone who need relaxing!

Wifi was not to great but this wasn't an issue for us.

Peaceful stay

The area was quiet and a lovely private beach 2 swim. The staff where very friendly. The view was spectacular. There is a restaurant just around the corner with amazing food.

It was very far from the centre. The host did bring us in and collected us.

Great property and location and amenities, pool and private beach was absolutely beautiful. Immaculate room.

The only thing we weren’t pleased about were the towels. They were rough, I know everyone line dries their clothes but still they were too hard. As a couple We would have preferred one king bottom and top sheet Everything else was awesome!

A little piece of paradise

We loved the incredible view from our balcony over the Adriatic, watching the sunsets, sipping surprisingly good Croatian wine. the lovely couple who took care of us and even gave us a lift to Dubrovnik one day. Jerko also arranged our boat trip and our jet ski hire and got us an incredible deal, so definitely use him to book anything. We had breakfast at a couple of the little restaurants down the road but then discovered that the supermarket a mile down the road did really good ground bean Costa coffee with the best fresh baked pastries and croissants. everybody loved the Veranda but we preferred the pizza place that also happens to do the best fresh tuna steaks and GREAT mojitos! can 100% recommend this - great value, quiet, stunningly beautiful little piece of paradise.

we didn’t mind it as it was good exercise for us, but there are a lot of steps to the private beach or to the restaurants so not suitable if you have mobility issues.

The best holiday we’ve ever had!

We’ve just come home today after 10 incredible days and we’re already planning to book again! The apartment itself had a lovely bedroom and en suite bathroom, and our room had a balcony overlooking both the swimming pool and the ocean which is gorgeous. The pool is the perfect size and was where we spent the majority of our time relaxing! There is also a private beach down the steps as well as many restaurants within walking distance, our personal favourite being Veranda. We also had some great meals at Orsan too and in central Dubrovnik, which is just a short car journey away. Jerko and his family are all so lovely and welcoming, they really make you feel at home and as if you’re part of their family. They were always checking in to see how we were and if everything was okay, what we’d been up to etc. This was our very first time in Croatia and was booked last minute due to the fact that our usual holiday locations were on the travel red list, but we loved it so much that we are already planning to come again next year with some friends, and have also recommended it to our families who are interested in booking too. We would highly recommend booking to stay here; you have everything that you need and more, and you will not find a more beautiful view! Thank you so much for the most incredible 10 days, we will hopefully see you next September!

We had amazing stay in this lovely hotel. Room was clean and freshly renovated. It was thoroughly cleaned daily. Private beach is just 250 steps down with sunbeds and cristal clear water. Though for people who are struggling to climb stairs might be an issue. We had a room with terrasse, where we could enjoy magnificent sunsets everyday sipping a glass of local white wine Pošip. Hosts are great and welcoming people. We will definitely would like to return to this hotel!

Perfect location if you want to enjoy the view to the sea and calm friendly neighbourdhood. Pools just few meters from the room are great if you don't feel like going to the beach and jacuzzi is awesome for evenings after a long day. There is no shop in the area, but it's not a problem even if you don't have a car because the owner Jerko will take wherever you want. We went to Dubrovnik twice and he took us also from and to the airport. He an his wife run the place with care and love and it shows because it's very clean and nice.

Everything was as we expected, no complaints :)

The apartments are very clean, spacious and with beautiful views. Also have a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can spend the evening watching the sun set

The man who manages the apartments doesn’t speak very good English and he woke me up both days opening the apartment door which was a big issue for me because I really wanted to rest

Small room. the owner tried to get extra money for the baby crib although it was agreed the crib was included in the price. expensive for the room and facilities location is problematic
