Polecam miejsce. Przyjechaliśmy na weekend, więc obiekt służył głównie jako sypialnia z opcją śniadania. Lokalizacja świetna, tuż przy głównym deptaku i rzut beret do morza. Obsługa kontaktowa, miła, wszystko zgodnie z ustaleniami. Standard na nas zupełnie wystarczający, pokój duży, z balkonem, łazienką. Wiadomo, nie idealnie, bo widać, że obiekt swoje lata ma, ale jak ktoś przyjeżdża do Kołobrzegu to na pewno nie po to by siedzieć całe dnie w obiekcie ;)
Jedyne czego brakowało to klimatyzacja - my trafiliśmy na chłodniejszy okres, więc nie była nam potrzebna, ale w upalne lata może to być dla kogoś dyskomfort.
Obiekt ma też kameralny basen, działające jacuzzi i niedużą saunę. Dla nas, na krótki wypad, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy :)
Stan pokoi - gdzieniegdzie widać było zacieki, brak klimatyzacji.

Absolutnie nieadekwatna cena za pobyt do jakości. Jestem rozczarowana sporo obietnic bez pokrycia (widok na ogród zabiegi wellnes)
