L'appartamento aveva una meravigliosa vista mare. Due camere separate per noi e per i ragazzi. Aria condizionata abbastanza silenziosa. Abbiamo usufruito qualche volta della piscina, molto bella. Animazione soft non troppo insistente. Servizio navetta x la spiaggia di Grotticelle gratuito molto apprezzato. Tropea è a un quarto d'ora di auto. Per visitare le altre spiagge l'auto è indispensabile.
Posto auto interno all'ombra molto spazioso.
La cucina anni 2000 aveva evidenti segni di usura ed era poco fornita di utensili (es. Grattugia, insalatiere, ...) e accessori tipo un microonde, la lavastoviglie, un tostapane, un bollitore o una macchina x caffè. In compenso c'era la moka nuovissima!

Struttura spartana, ma pulita e in ottima posizione. Molto comodo e riservato il disimpegno all’ingresso (tavolo con sedie e stendibiancheria). Parcheggio interno.
La colazione (poca varietà e cibo non tipico). Il condizionatore non era regolabile ed era molto rumoroso.
