The Hotel has good parking and breakfast, the room has really good size and view, all was as expected from hotel in Olaya Street that close to live areas and markets, I recommend for business trips.
Final word, the gym and swimming pool I guess from the best within hotel in the city!
I am so into details so here you are for development:
-Parking is open by the hotel security manually which is really inconvenient and out of date, depends if he is around!
-The restaurant is not really ventilated with mostly Indian spices at breakfast that will smell on your suit and spice your stomach!
-Parking exit is so risky to hit scooters, bicycle or walkers as it is pass the sidewalk with no warning to walkers or drivers, safety signs should be added.

Location is great, rooms are good size although a bit dated. The gym is excellent! The best in any hotel I have stayed in Riyadh. Its a proper fully equipped gym - very good!
Pillows are too hard.

Clean and easy location
The stay was not comfortable at all due to the excessive noise coming from Olaya Street. The outside noise was very loud and could be clearly heard inside the room. In addition, the windows did not seem to be properly sealed or soundproofed, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the noise insulation needs significant improvement.
