La limpieza y el confort
Cuando reservé por booking recibí un whatsapp que me decía que no me habían podido cobrar de la tarjeta. Validé en booking mis datos ese mismo día e instantáneamente se cobraron toda la estadía. Hice el check in dos dias antes del viaje y cuando llegué me hicieron hacer otro check in con un formulario que no era de booking, y desconocía el check in realizado pese a mostrarle la conformación. Todo eso demoró casi 40 minutos el acceso, además que me hicieron llenar otro formulario en el que me obligaron de dejar mis datos de tarjeta en un formulario web que desconozco. Considero que eso no es correcto y hasta dudo de su legalidad.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals und die schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die ruhige Lage und das dennoch ein Geschäft fußläufig erreichbar war.
Auf dem Herd konnte man die Eier nicht richtig kochen (das Wasser köchelte nur). Dadurch wurden die Eier fast immer hart, da ich nicht wusste, wie lange sie "köcheln" mussten. Kein einziges Gerät im Fitnessraum war benutzbar. Das Fahrrad konnte ich nicht für meine Größe einstellen, da hierzu eine Zange notwendig gewesen wäre.
Ich wohne nicht gern im Erdgeschoß und hatte daher eine Wohnung mit Balkon gebucht-sie hatte auch einen Balkon, allerdings im Erdgeschoß. Das könnte man etwas besser kennzeichnen, damit man weiß, was man bucht. Ansonsten wirkt das etwas trickreich. Beim Betreten des Spas zur Orientierung, wurde ich von der betreuenden Dame misstrauisch gefragt, welches Zimmer ich hatte, obwohl man nur mit der freigeschalteten App hineingelange konnte. Gerade angekommen, konnte ich die Zimmernummer nicht sofort nennen, dies führte dazu, dass ich mich etwas unbehaglich fühlte.

No nos gustó el servicio tercerizado del Restaurante. Anteriormente el servicio de desayuno era excelente ni hablar de los platos de carta una lástima NO VOLVEREMOS
