Magnificent penthouse with private terrace, free WIFI and capacity for 6 people, two bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room. A few steps from the main monuments of the city and the tourist attractions. In an area of life and fashion as is the Alameda de Hercules, full of restaurants, supermarkets and with an authentic atmosphere of the people here. On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. If you travel by car, we have an optional garage, check availability and prices.

Unfortunately I need to be honest in our review.
When others stated it was as described. We certainly didn’t think it was. The apartment was dirty, old & the pictures must be from many years ago.
The patio area is not comfortable everything seems to be close to collapse.
Inside; well the bedroom ceiling looks like it’s going to fall out. The door knobs come off in your hand. The furniture all needs to be replaced. The pull out bed in the kitchen area not sure I’d sit on it never mind sleep on it!!
BUT THE MOST DISTURBING
We opened the living room shutter & noticed a key laying on a outdoor windowsill accessible from the hallway!!
My husband tried it & sure enough it’s a key to the apartment. Needless to say I was worried somebody could have accessed our place while we were away.
We were seriously going to leave that day but we had some tours booked & knew we’d lose our money.
We checked out 2 days early and cut our losses.
Upon leaving when asked why we checked out early I was honest. The owner brushed off the key situation to another resident must have left it there. Well that’s comforting to know she doesn’t control the keys???
I guess what bothers us is this is the most we spent on a condo all through Portugal & Spain & it was the worst!!!

The apartment was in a great location. It was confortable and had everything we needed. We had two separate bedrooms with plenty of space for my husband, daughter mom, and I. The terrace was wonderful with lots of plants, outdoor table with chairs and umbrella. The bathroom was ok, the shower was moldy and dirty; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and it didn't drain properly. The kitchen was good but we saw a few ants.

We enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and worked for us and our little group. The location was excellent, and the stairs were OK, not too bad. Dealing with the host, check in , etc. was smooth. The apartment could have used more shelf space in the bathroom, and maybe a few hooks to hang stuff in the bedrooms, but overall we liked our stay.

I really didn't want to say anything negative about this apartment, but I know that I count on reviews to make decisions so I feel it's only fair to provide honest feedback so others can use it to make decisions for themselves. First of all Carolina is a wonderful host. She was prompt in replying to emails. When we arrived, she thought there was detergent for the washing machine, but there wasn't. She quickly brought some up from her apartment below. Also, she scheduled a taxi to come pick us up the day we left when I was concerned about the ease of flagging one down on a Sunday morning. She was just super willing to help in any way she could. The reason for the 4 was not actually the cleanliness, it was more a lack of upkeep or attention to detail. I think calling this a magnificent penthouse is a bit of a stretch. The terrace was nice, but there wasn't much of an attempt to have it tidied up for the next guest. The cleaning equipment was just randomly tossed in one corner of the terrace. It needed a good sweeping as well. The sofa was a bit banged up with a tear in the upholstery. The doorknob to my bedroom came off in my hand. I just pushed it back in. I didn't ask Carolina to come fix it which I know she would've if I'd asked. I don't want to come across as overly critical, but a 5 really means an attention to detail that I just didn't find here. As for location, I agree with the others. But rather than steps away, you are about 1 km from the center of town where the sights are. It can be walked easily, and it is a great walk. The street the apartment is on is a long plaza lined with restaurants. It is lively and happy and despite Spaniards going on into the wee hours of the morning, the bedrooms are set back enough that sleeping is not an issue. The AC worked well. The apartment is in the "attic" and up 3 flights of stairs. The last flight is a doozy with taller than normal steps. Luckily, we packed pretty lightly. :)

Apartment is in a great location. Basically walking distance to most places of interest. Place was clean and comfrontable.
Owner was easy to work with, pleasant, and very helpful. She provide good advise on restaurants and recommended flamenco show.
While we didn't have any issues, the apartment is on the third floor. Anyone with issues climbing stairs, mobility issues, may have a bit of a challenge with the stairs.

Spacious apartment with comfortable furniture and well supplied with kitchen equipment, good heaters/AC, and great location (if you like wonderful local cafes, bars and street life). Terrace a real bonus. A bit "lived in" but not a problem unless you like everything brand new. Only two floors up (note - big steps could be an issue if you have dodgy legs). 15 mins walk to Seville's historic centre, though you pass lots of interesting things along the way. Carolina a helpful and informative host, who lives below. She ably fixed an early issue we had with a noisy dog barking next door. Recommended.

Appartement spatieux et calme, parfait pour 4 adultes, bien placé dans un quartier agréable , à 10-15 minutes à pied environ de la cathédrale. Carolina est très disponible pour repondre aux questions et accomodante dans les procedures de check out. Seul petit bémol: tous les portes serviettes et patères sont cassés dans la salle de bain, qui necessiterait également un petit meuble de rangement pour poser ses affaires.

El piso es super cómodo, limpio, y tal cual aparece en las fotos.

Appartement bien situé et spacieux
-toutes les caractéristiques de l'appartement sont correctes
-grâce à l emplacement nous avions tout à disposition ( supermarché, restaurant, bar, pharmacie, banque ...) et nous avons pu aller et venir vers les points touristiques ou utiliser les bus
-le plus est que Carolina s'est occupé du transfert depuis aéroport jusqu'à l'appartement

Easy check at 4:00 (16:00). Terrific location, walking distance to the Seville Cathedral (a must, order tickers in advance), many good restaurants right out the door, a small grocery across the street that had basic necessities. Place as described, loved the balcony in the morning and night. One thing to note, no elevator to third floor, last flight of stair is a bit tight. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again.

Enchantés de cette semaine à Sėville. L'appartement est très bien situė et très agréable. Un grand merci à Carolina, très souriante, toujours disponible et prête à vous rendre service. Même à cette période de l'année, la terrasse est très appréciable. L'appartement est silencieux même si le quartier est très animé. Multitude de bar à tapas, commerces de proximitė, marchė couvert, sont au pied de l'appartement !
La litterie est en bon état, la salle de douche, comme le reste de l'appartement sont très propres. Nous recommandons cette location et espérons pouvoir très vite y retourner!

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil souriant de Carolina, son appartement est très bien agencé et protégé du bruit du quartier. Néanmoins le bien a besoin d'un rafraîchissement sinon nous aurions mis 5 étoiles. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Well positioned apartment with plenty of room and an outside space.
Alameda de Hercules is a fantastic area to enjoy people watching and the food and drink in many locations around the park. The ice-cream parlour almost next door was great for a late dessert.
Manageable distance to walk to the main sites such as the cathedral and palace but wear comfortable shoes. River is close by.

Situation très centrale et quartier super animé et très sympa. Vie de quartier assez authentique avec un vrai marché de fruits, légumes, poissons... à quelques centaines de mètres! Avons apprécié la simplicité de l’appartement et sa terrasse mignonne.

Excellent location for a neighbourhood feel with access to shops/food/bars . Close to centre.
We spent time over NewYear and Three Kings. The flat was a great base for four mature adults, six may feel a bit squashed. The local area is plentiful with supermarkets, bars and restaurants and has frequent easy bus connections to the centre - a taxi ride is economical for four too.

Ruim penthouse in bruisende wijk van Sevilla.
De entree van het huis is mooi.
De centrale ligging t.o.v. de bezienswaardigheden in Sevilla is heel goed. Het huis ligt middenin een wijk met veelal jonge mensen, studenten. Je stapt de voordeur uit en staat op het levendige en gezellige plein met cafeetjes, terassen en restaurants. Het dakterras is heerlijk om in het zonnetje of in de schaduw te zitten. Het woondeel en de slaapkamers zitten aan de achterkant en zijn daardoor rustig en ook 's nachts hoor je niets. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Sevilla overnachten wij hier weer.
