O Hotel é maravilhoso, já me hospedei algumas vezes e sempre é fantástico. Equipe muito atenciosa, estrutura muito boa, próximo ao centro de canela, podendo ir sem utilizar nenhum transporte, caminhando.
O café da manhã é muito bom, piscina muito boa, recreação incrível, com a profissional Margaret super atenciosa, educada, prestativa.
Na recepção, todos muito atenciosos e educados, sempre prontos para auxiliar. Tive contato principalmente com Daniel, Eduardo e Ricardo, pessoas muito educadas, prestativas, comunicativas... experiência muito boa

A localização é maravilhosa, a equipe é muito gentil e atenciosa, o quarto era muito bom! A piscina é uma delícia, e o café da manhã é bem variado.
1- A chave do quarto parou de funcionar algumas vezes, sendo necessário voltar à recepção para validá-la novamente.
Achei os travesseiros muito altos.
