Everything was great. Even the spa which is rather small comparing to other hotels in the area, but very clean and well kept and most importantly not crowded. The room we had is one of the best in Sovata with a large terrace overlooking the main street. The restaurant is too one of the best with a creative chef and an inspired menu with occasional accents of fine dining. The receptionist was very kind and helpful as was the rest of the staff.
Nothing to complain about.

Excelent mic dejun (poate fi ceva mai mult diversificat). Poziția este excepțională, la egală distanță de cele 2 lacuri importante și la doi pași de cele mai importante atracții. Remarcabilă ambinața și calitatea amenajărilor, materialelor, designului și serviciilor.

Klasszikus szálloda a Monarchia korából. Ritka az ilyen! Az éttermi szervíz a ritkaságok közé tartozik, mert figyelmesek, pontosak. A konyha kiváló. A wellness jól felszerelt, tiszta. A masszázs kellemes.
A személyzet rendkívül figyelmes, és összehangoltan tudnak dolgozni.
A szemben lévő étterembe este 18.00-22.00 óráig ment az a meghatározhatatlan zene, ami inkább lakodalmas román zenéhez hasonlított. Ez zavaró volt, amiről a Pacsirta hotel nem tehet.
