Localização, limpeza
Muito barulho, dá para escutar cada passo que os outros hóspedes dão. Estamos em período de copa e a TV do quarto não funciona nenhum canal onde possa assistir, na verdade só tem canais locais da região, ou seja Brasileiro não entende nada. A grande maioria dos Hóspedes são Brasileiros e o esforço para comunicação é zero.

Riscaldamento troppo elevato in stanza, staff poco attento alle esigenze del cliente, carente di servizi, hotel lontano dal centro.
